“Healthy mind in healthy body. ” By keeping this in mind, school has planned its sports sector. We have separate fields for separate sports. We provide both indoor and outdoor facilities.

Following are some sports facilitated by our school:

1. Cricket: We have separate cricket ground in our school with a separate coach. Students are provided with all the sports material. Our school often participates in various competitions. Students having their interest in cricket will be provided with special practice classes in the coming days.

2. Kho-Kho : Both boys and girls enjoy playing Kho-Kho in the separate Kho-Kho ground. Instructor for Kho-Kho is part time available in school. He guides our students. We won some of the trophy in inter school level.

3. Kabbadi : It is a very famous game among the children. School has provided a Kabbadi court for the children. Students enjoy playing Kabbadi. The coach for Kabbadi and Kho-Kho is same.

4. Volley Ball : We have volley ball coach with us. We won several matches with many famous schools of our city. We have participated in even district level. One of the best coach of our city is providing his services to our school.

5. Football : A retired football player guide our students for football. We have got a very well maintained football ground with us. In the coming days, school has planned to provide extra classes for those who are interested in football.

6. Table-soccer : It is an indoor game. Our school is no. 1 in table soccer. We introduced this game in Nepal. We have arranged many international level competitions in the city. Trainers came from India and trained the students. We are providing all the facilities to the students regarding this game.

With these games we are providing some indoor games to those who are not interested for outdoor and also for rainy season when it is difficult to go outdoors. We are providing table soccer, Karrom, Ludo, Chess etc.

We have planned some more activities with their respective coaches for our school. E.g.  Hockey, Badminton, Table-Tennis etc.
